ага,самое смешное что заказчик-администрация области,у нас во власти все основная коррупция,а врачи учителя-так мелкие сошки)победить коррупцию можно только сменив вообще всех чиновников и правительство.а у нас (и у вас) они сидят на своих постах еще со времен ссср и с тех времен привыкли все по блату и через взятки решать

THAT. I love the art of that! The dramatic shading and the way one animation panel flows into the next one.

You can tell it's about something serious, though I don't understand a word Russian. Now that I read the subtitles in your comment, this video is even more awesome! :D Is there a way to add the subtitles to your video?
